We are experienced in all types of homeowner claims including flooding, chipped tiles, kitchen and other fires, sinkhole, water intrusion, vandalism and theft. We review contents lists and verify purchases, time lines and alibis, financial stress and facts of loss. We interview insureds and witnesses as to the facts, as well as track down and interview contractors, water mitigation companies and plumbers to verify their billing and their perception of the facts of the damages. We determine prior similar losses, and verify that those losses were repaired or replaced to find out if they homeowner is claiming damages already paid for. We are experienced in dealing with attorneys and public adjusters and do not back down when we are challenged.
