We are experienced Clinic Inspectors who can offer a variety of inspections to suit your goals. We feel a carrier needs to take a stand against fraudulent billing by unscrupulous clinics, and one of the most proven ways to prove you mean business is show up and inspect the clinic. We review medical files for duplicate treatment logs, verify signatures match the driver’s license and that there are no obvious forgeries or phantom visits. We will tell you if the clinic is open for business, is robust or not, and if it has the equipment to perform the modalities for which you are being billed. We will tell you if they have the staff to perform those services, if their licenses are legally displayed and up to date and if they are properly owned. This is one way to show them you mean to watch their billing practices and that you are not just going to rubber stamp their invoices.
